Welcome to the Alien Lane Records website. We're a management company whose job is to promote great music in Australia (and further afield as appropriate). We like guitar bands, rock music, country music, soul music and good music - but not all music (fill in the gaps yourself!). We believe that there are plenty of excellent bands Out There, that you would like if you got to hear them - and that's our aim, to find great music from under-appreciated acts and put it where the discerning music-lover has half a chance of finding it.

We work with like-minded labels to ensure that the acts are placed where they have the most opportunity to move up to a higher level.They all play live, so if you live in Australia they will be near you sooner or later. As part of the great master plan, we expect that the bands will spend also time in various overseas markets supporting their releases, so that you have a fair chance of seeing them live!
